Jeremy is a passionate musician and sound healer with a BA in Music from Carleton University and over 20 years of experience exploring the transformative power of sound. His journey includes training in throat singing with Tibetan monks, studying the science of sound, and teaching at colleges and universities across Canada.

Since 2010, Jeremy has worked with Ayahuasca, immersing himself in the ancient art of Traditional Shipibo Medicine from the Amazon Jungle. Upon hearing his first Ikaro, he committed to mastering this profound healing tradition.

Throughout the year, Jeremy offers ceremonies, sound healing journeys, Kirtan Circles, and private healing sessions, weaving powerful vibrations into every experience. A skilled multi-instrumentalist, his repertoire includes crystal singing bowls, Tibetan metal bowls, vocal over-toning, gongs, drums, flutes, guitar, and piano.

Jeremy currently resides with his family in the beautiful mountains of British Columbia, continuing to share his gifts of music and healing.

Jason, an energy healer and shamanic herbalist, embodies the spirit of plants with his rooted and lifelong connection to the plant world. Since 2010, he's worked extensively with ayahuasca, cultivating and preparing it in Hawaii on his family’s property.

Specializing in tailor-made shamanic medicines, he addresses emotional, physical, and spiritual needs, aiming to deepen individuals' connection to the Earth. Known for his incredible humor and nurturing presence in ceremony, Jason strengthens the container by holding the masculine while allowing the feminine to lead.

Carolyn is a space-holder and devoted apprentice of traditional plant medicine lineages. She is guided by the way ceremony connects us back to the land, to spirit, and to each other.

Her apprenticeship has carried her through many ceremonial traditions — including sweat lodges, sun dances, pilgrimages with the Wixaritari in Mexico, and years of study within Shipibo plant medicine dietas. Through these experiences, she has learned to channel the wisdom of the plants and to support the unfolding of each person’s healing journey with care, humility, and presence.

In ceremony, Carolyn brings a grounded and compassionate spirit, holding space with respect for traditional teachings while honoring the unique path of every participant. She is committed to creating safe and supportive environments for deep healing experiences.

How do I prepare?
Preparing for ayahuasca entails approximately 2 weeks of monastic-style spiritual, psychological, and physical preparation. This includes a particular list of foods to eliminate from your diet, as well as certain consumptive patterns and exposures to avoid such as alcohol, drugs, porn, coffee, sugars, etc. Please complete our online medical intake form. We may then confirm your eligibility for registration, and you will receive a detailed guideline for your Ayahuasca preparation protocol. What is the practitioner to participant ratio?
Our retreat ensures personalized support with a ratio of 2-3 ceremony facilitators for our small group of 10-12 participants.

What is your refund policy?
Due to high costs of facilitating retreats, we cannot offer refunds. In the event where you can no longer come, we will place your funds toward future retreats or online offerings by Athena or Jeremy, of which there are many.
