Dieta is a revered shamanic practice that fosters a deep bond with plant spirits. Traditionally used alongside ayahuasca, Dieta is now often practiced independently by indigenous healers. This involves consuming a master plant in various forms, such as tea or infusion, along with the energetic transmissions of Shipibo Ikaros, to open your energy body and facilitate the plant’s profound work on your spirit. This sacred process helps you align with the Master Plant teachings, promoting physical, emotional, and mental transformation.

Throughout this Dieta, you will explore the Rose’s deep, heart-centered mysteries, harnessing its healing properties and integrating its wisdom into your life. What is the time commitment?
You will be invited to join us for a 2 hour live ceremony every Wednesday and Sunday during this 6-week container. 12 calls total. In these live calls, Athena will sing to your dietas -- which is an important part of the dieta work. However, you are not obliged to attend all calls. We offer 2 calls a week so that people can have the chance to attend at least one a week to be sung to. You will not be missing out if you miss a couple calls.

Beyond the calls, it is preferred to have some space to spend every few days, if not every day, to tend to your inner world. This varies from person to person. In general, the more space and time you give yourself to spend time with your dieta, the more attuned you become to the transmission.

What are the diet protocols?
As we are working with the ancient plant ancestors, we are going back to eat and walk like our ancestors, as we welcome this medicine into our bundle.

Things that will be eliminated for these 6 weeks include: dairy, gluten, processed foods, chemicals, sugar, seed oils, factory farm meat, salt, casual sex, gossip, news, violent media.

Why are there elimination protocols?
The reason for these eliminations is to neutralize your body and heighten your sensitivity. This benefits your dieta experience for many reasons.
